spacious bathroommodern designgood variety
my room had a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower the design was modern and functional. the breakfast offered a good variety of options i found several choices i liked. the staff was attentive at the front desk they explained the hotel amenities well.
the room's dark furniture made it seem a bit dim.

Lovely Stay!

Upon arrival, I received a very warm welcome. The staff was always helpful and ready to assist with EVERYTHING. The hotel was clean, reflecting great attention to detail, and I was given a late check-out. The breakfast had a wide variety, with high-quality options!!!
I noticed very slight wear on some furniture edges, a minor issue though.

The hotel is near many dining places. Accessing main attractions is easy from this location. Taxis are readily available just outside the hotel entrance, and metro access is quite convenient, a HUGE plus.

My room included a king-size bed and a seating area. The room also featured blackout curtains. The bathroom included a separate shower and a soaking tub, quite convenient.

The concierge assisted with restaurant reservations and provided directions. Housekeeping services were available twice daily. The front desk offered quick assistance with luggage storage, helpful.

The fitness center featured treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. The pool area included plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Several dining options were available, including a restaurant and a cafe.

underwhelming stay
unprepared staff
The reception staff seemed underprepared. It took them quite a while to figure out the check-in process. i paid extra for a supposed burj khalifa view, but it was misleading. all i could see was the peak of the tower far behind other buildings. quite annoying, really.
